ANNOUNCEMENTS AND POSTERS PREPARING RULES

·        announcements and posters should be sent from personal email addresses to info@sagilikturizmi2009.org, saglikturizmi@gmail.com addresses.
·        Make prepared in your computer all documents that will appear in the posters (articles, photos, paintings, diagrams etc. only in Word, Power point formats)
·        The deadline to submit announcements and posters is 01/02/2009.  electronic system will be closed on the date announced.
·        Announcements should be arranged as Entrance, Method, Result and discussion format.
·        Researches done on human being should be approved by ethical committee and should be in according to Turkish Republic laws.
·        The place allocated to the announcement is limited to 3,000 characters excluding title and writers name. The system will not allow in this place to write more than 3,000 characters.
·        The writing characters which are used for sending all announcements is standardized automatically by the system and it is impossible to use different characters.
·        Announcements should be written in Word file Times New Roman character, 1.5 line spacing and 12 points. Corner spaces 4cm from left, 2.5 from right, 3cm  from above and 2.5 cm from bottom.
·        The title should be in a way that reflect the work content. On the announcement summary title all words should be written in capital letters except small words like PH or NaCl which have a special meaning. In the text abbreviations used in the first place should be written fully in parenthesis following the word, except chemical symbols and international units
·        It is important to give attention for witting mistakes since the summaries send through Internet will be printed as it is.
·        The posters will be posted on the poster panel through the congress period.
·        Those who will not present announcement and hang e-posters with out any excuse, their registration fee will be taken and they will not be accepted in the following congresses.
·        Announcements will be evaluated by research committee and those who are accepted will be announced in oral, presentation and poster format.
